Neal Elkin
Neal A. Elkin is a founding member of REAL and currently serves as its President. He led the effort that positioned REAL and the REAL indices as the market leader in commercial real estate pricing information and identifying applications of these indices for clients.
Prior to joining REAL, Mr. Elkin was the Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer of Real Capital Analytics (RCA), a national real estate research firm that focuses on the commercial real estate asset class. Mr. Elkin has been involved with RCA as a principal and joined the firm full-time in 2004. He remains on their Board of Directors.
Previously, Mr. Elkin spent 17 years at JPMorgan, where he worked in a variety of trading, risk management, and marketing functions. He spent 10 years working in the currency derivative business, ultimately running the Asia-Pacific team based in Singapore, Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Sydney. After returning to New York, Mr. Elkin created and marketed Emerging Asia fixed income and currency derivatives to US and Latin American hedge fund investors. Mr. Elkin led a team that helped Asian sovereign and corporate clients raise funds from US investors. He then shifted his focus to creating and marketing Latin American structured credit products leveraging Credit Default Swaps. In addition, he led the team that created TRAC-X EM, an index based on Emerging Market Credit Default Swaps.
Most recently, Mr. Elkin was named by National Real Estate Investor Magazine as one of "Ten to Watch 2008." His article "Transaction-Based Property Derivatives Enhanced Real Estate Investment" was published in Euromoney Handbooks. He accepted the Innovative Firm of the Year award for REAL from Institutional Investor in 2008.
Mr. Elkin holds a BS in Finance from the McIntire School at the University of Virginia.
Pierre Wolf
Pierre Wolf founded The Corridor Group of companies in 2007. Prior to Corridor, Mr. Wolf founded and directed for 15 years the Derivative Products Group (DPG) of Fimat USA, LLC, a subsidiary of Société Générale. DPG specialized in structuring and delivering financial solutions for institutional clientele. Under Mr. Wolf's management, DPG consisted of more than fifty professionals and was widely considered to be one of the preeminent academic and quantitative groups in the alternative marketplace. Its customers included investment banks, hedge funds, investment managers and institutional asset owners ranging from endowments to sovereign wealth funds.
Corridor was one of the founding members in the creation of Real Estate Analytics, LLC (REAL). The REAL indices track price changes within the commercial real estate asset class based on a repeat-sales methodology developed in cooperation with the Center for Real Estate at MIT using the date captured and maintained by Real Capital Analytics. Currently calculated by Moody's, the Moody's/REAL Commercial Property Price Indices (CPPI) have become the industry benchmark representing beta returns. Real was named 2008 entity of the year by Real Estate Investment and Finance.
Prior to founding DPG, Mr. Wolf served as a Vice President of Lehman Brothers, where he specialized in structuring options transactions based on Central Bank policy, capitalizing on options trading inefficiencies and developing institutional client distribution. Before joining Lehman Brothers, he developed institutional clearing services at Paine Webber.
Mr. Wolf graduated from George Washington University in 1982 with a BBA and concentrations in finance and marketing. He attended NYU Graduate School of Business before he left to research equity and fixed income arbitrage strategies with CSA. Mr. Wolf has been a guest lecturer and spear headed academic efforts at several ivy-league universities. He maintains FINRA Series 3, 7, 24 and 63 securities licenses. CQ Solutions is a pending FINRA registered broker-dealer and is also pending registration as an introducing Broker with National Futures Association.
Bradley J. McGill
Mr. McGill is a founding member of Real, and also the founder and CEO of DELTA Rangers, Inc. (DRI).
DRI was established in 2001 to develop and commercialize the design of new derivative and financial products. Its strategic partners include Moody's, MIT, Lewtan Technologies, the British Bankers Association, Real Capital Analytics, and other leading financial and data firms.
Under Mr. McGill's leadership, DRI has become a key innovator in the financial industry, holding rights to several patents and patent-pending processes. DRI lead products include commercial and residential real estate analytics and derivatives, which provide liquidity and efficiency to the real estate markets, and OTC clearing functions for the interest rate swaps market. Mr. McGill has been an expert speaker on the real estate derivatives market, presenting to a wide range of industry audiences, including MIT's Center for Real Estate, the Research Committee and Board of Directors of NCREIF, the CMBS New Products Conference sponsored by Morgan Stanley, the Homer Hoyt Institute, Real Estate Derivatives World 2008 conference, and the Urban Land Institute.
Prior to founding DRI, Mr. McGill was Vice President and Investment Management Consultant for the Brock-Hazzard Investment Group in Birmingham. During his tenure at Brock-Hazzard, Mr. McGill consulted to over $1 billion in client assets, including pensions, endowments, foundations, and high net-worth individuals.
Mr. McGill graduated from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, in 1989, with a joint major in history and political science. He has held Series 3, 7, 63 and 65 licenses.
